A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellation or a no-show appointment.
Cancellation
In order to provide our guests with earliest possible appointment times, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all multiple service packages booked, and a 24-hour cancellation notice for all other services.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Gift Certificate
Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the gift certificate number.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your treatment must end on time so the next client's appointment is not delayed, regardless of how late you start. The full charge for your scheduled treatment will still apply.
Gratuity
Gratuities are a matter of choice and are not included in any service prices. The industry standard is between 15 - 20% of service price.
Cell Phone
For your relaxation and as a courtesy to others, please turn your cell phone off. Please refrain from checking your cell phone while in the treatment room.
